Here is how the DEALER programs are structured:

PROGRAM AA: Opening order of 15 sunglasses receives pricing all year of $xx.00 for traditional series and $xx.00 for the special edition series. Minimum reorders will be 6 sunglasses assorted as required by the customer. Freight will be F.O.B. our warehouse with a minimum of $16.00 for shipping and handling on opening orders and $10.00 on minimum reorder (6 pair) (continental U.S.A.). Freight charges will be quoted individually quoted for other countries. Terms are credit card (MasterCard, Visa, or Discover) or C.O.D.. All returned (NSF or otherwise) will incur a $40.00 charge and immediately be sent orders on a C.O.D. cash basis.

PROGRAM A: Opening order of 25 sunglasses receives pricing all year of $xx.00 for traditional series and $xx.00 for the special edition series. Minimum reorder is 12 pair. Additional information same as AA

PROGRAM B: Opening order of 40 sunglasses receives pricing all year of $xx.00 for traditional series and $xx.00 for the special edition series. Minimum reorder is 12 pair. Additional information same as AA.

The DSD-25RW is a 5 sided display with a 25 sunglass capacity that has a smaller footprint than most displays with this capacity. The DSD-40RW is another smaller footprint, 5 sided display with a 40 sunglass capacity.

A polarized tester is incorporated into each of these deluxe displays to to serve two purposes.

• Allow a person to be able to see (simulation) the ability that polarized lenses have to cut glare
• Showcase our DIVE SHADES® sunglasses with this self-selling feature
